To reset the Adobe Flash Player settings, you need to delete all browser-related settings and saved files, forcing Flash Player to return to its default settings. To reset Adobe Flash Player, follow the steps below.
Note: Upon completing this process, any settings you modified previously need to be changed again.
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type in Flash Player, and then press Enter.
- In the Flash Player Settings Manager window, click on the Advanced tab.
- Under Browsing Data and Settings section, click the Delete All button.
- Make sure the Delete All Site Data and Settings box is checked, then click Delete Data button.
